The Brazilian Graphic Design Biennial is the meeting point of national design — a space to celebrate achievements, reflect on the present and envision new possibilities for the future of the field.

In this edition, the exhibition occupied the Creative District of Porto, in Rio de Janeiro, as part of Design Week Rio. We developed the exhibition design, creating a fluid, democratic and accessible experience that highlighted the diversity of the works on display.

The curatorial proposal guided the layout of the projects along a path that encouraged exchange and reflection, respecting the plurality of formats, scales and media. The spatial design reinforced the leading role of graphic design as a cultural, economic and social force, expanding dialogue with different audiences and territories.
