The Ultrasonidos Festival brings together music, art and performance in a cultural experience that fosters connections between emerging Latin American artists and Brazilian guests. Our challenge was to create a visual identity capable of expressing this diversity while translating the festival’s spirit of exchange, experimentation and collaboration into a cohesive brand communication system.

From this understanding, we developed a visual language inspired by masks found in different Latin American cultural traditions. A custom typeface forms the foundation of the identity, while colours, shapes and patterns come together to create a visual system that unfolds consistently across the brand’s different expressions.

The result is a visual identity that strengthens the festival’s communication across all of its expressions while conveying its energy, diversity and vocation as a place of encounter rather than separation.
