Instituto Sonho Grande is dedicated to transforming Brazil’s public education system through the expansion of full-time secondary education. A leading non-profit organisation, it works alongside state education networks to expand opportunities, reduce inequalities and improve the lives of millions of students across the country.
We were invited to lead a comprehensive branding project that would reflect the institution’s maturity and support its next stage of growth. The process included research, positioning analysis, market assessment, benchmarking and an in-depth immersion with the team to understand its culture, ambitions and relationships with its diverse audiences.
Building on these insights, we developed a new visual identity, custom typeface, graphic system, voice and tone, and a communication architecture designed to engage consistently with government agencies, education networks, the academic community, students, partners and other stakeholders. The project unfolded across presentations, environmental graphics, digital platforms, the website and a wide range of institutional materials.
The result is a brand prepared to support the Institute’s continued evolution while strengthening its institutional presence. An integrated identity and communication system that expresses its purpose with clarity, consistency and accessibility, amplifying the impact of an organisation committed to transforming public education in Brazil.
